First remove the stabilizer from the heli. You will notice that there is a V shape in the end of the rubber stopper (Picture 1).

Push the rob through the stopper until. (Picture 2)

Turn the rod so that the it is facing the other slot. (Picture 3)

Pull the rod through the other slot, as you pull the metal weight will be push out. (Picture 4)

Keep pulling until the weight and stopper are off.

Once the weight and stopper have been removed you can remove the link. Pop the link off the center and slid it down the rod. At the end follow the link around the u-bend at the end.

Keep pulling until the weight and stopper are off.

To replace the link do the above in reverse. Look at the stopper closely, you'll notice that there is only one way that the weight can go into it, like a key in a lock.
