Fitting the Xtreme Graphite Tail boom full set.

Assemble the tail boom support frame by securing the two half's together with the 4 long screws provided and connect it to the main body. In Illustration 1 below you can see the order of the parts at its base.

The two pictures above show the tail boom support frame assembled and connected to the main body. (Illustrations 2 & 3).

Now it's time to assemble the other parts of the tail boom set.

Insert the 4 long screws through the tail fin so that about a millimeter is showing at the back and the but the two half's of the tail together. Line up the 4 screws to the tail and secure the whole assembly together. Insert the tail blade pinion through the assembled tail and push the tail blades in place. The finished result is shown in Illustration 4 below.

Screw the boom fin to the its holder, but not to tight. Push the graphite boom through the boom fin assembly and then tighten the screws. (Illustration 5)

Now cut a section of the double sided tape (supplied) and stick this to the tail assembly, remove the top strip from the tape and push the boom into place noting the notches in the boom and lining it up. Do the same to the tail boom support frame. You should be able to move the boom fin round to line up straight.
